Gareth Price is Director of Music at Summer Fields. As a boy he was a chorister and organ scholar at St Asaph Cathedral in Wales before being appointed as organ scholar at University College, Durham University. There he read for a degree in music and received organ tuition in Durham Cathedral from Richard Lloyd and James Lancelot. Before being appointed to Summer Fields, Oxford, in 2001, Gareth held the position of Director of Instrumental Music at Papplewick School in Ascot, before becoming overall Director of Music. In 1993, he attained the diploma of Fellow of the Royal College of Organists. Gareth has conducted throughout Britain (at venues including Westminster Cathedral, the Sheldonian Theatre, New College and Christ Church Cathedral in Oxford), in Europe (including at Notre Dame, Paris) and in New York. He is an examiner for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and is a Fellow of, and examiner for, the National College of Music and Arts. In addition, he is in great demand as a recitalist and has played throughout the UK, Europe and in the United States of America. He is currently engaged in pre-doctoral research into the life and works of the Parisian organist, Maurice Duruflé. He has made a number of publicly available recordings and is regarded as a authority on the music of Antonio Soler.

Graham Howell is Director of Music at Cothill House near Abingdon, and has been since graduating in 1986. As a boy he was a chorister Westminster Abbey and then gained the organ scholarship of St Chad's College, Durham University. There he read for a degree in music and received organ tuition from Ian Shaw and James Lancelot as well as conducting several of the university chamber choirs. He holds the diploma of Associate of the Royal College of Organists in addition to playing the French Horn and piano. Graham regulary performs throuoghout Britain , France and the rest of Europe both with his school choir and as a solo recitalist recitalist and accompanist and he has recorded several commercially available CDs.
